The proposed 1399 Olympic project is an 8-story multifamily building composed of 222 total residential units, 20% of which will be designated as affordable. The building will be 81 feet in height, measured from grade. 2 levels of subterranean parking will provide 193 residential vehicle parking spaces and 21 commercial spaces. In addition, the project will provide 317 total bicycle parking spaces. As designed, the project will exceed the City of Santa Monica’s open space requirements.
